The price shown at the time of booking is an estimate and is subject to change. There are no hidden charges. A minimum charge of €9 applies for very short journeys. Long waits (over 10 minutes) may incur a small surcharge, which will be communicated to you before departure.
Payment is made on board, in cash (Euros only) or by credit card (Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay – all currencies accepted). No payment is required online at the time of booking.
For airport transfers, your driver will track your flight in real time. In the event of a delay, they will automatically adjust the pick-up time at no extra cost. Please remember to enter your flight number in the ‘Comments’ field when booking.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the pick-up time by contacting us directly. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 2 hours’ notice) or a no-show, a fee of €10 may be charged.
